When you place an order we collect the details you enter on the order form:

- phone number and optional WhatsApp number
- email address
- delivery address
- order details such as product, quantity and total
We also collect limited technical information such as basic usage and page-view data from our website analytics and advertising tools.

- to confirm, process and deliver your order
- to contact you about your order by phone, WhatsApp or email
- to handle refunds, returns and warranty claims
- to keep records required for accounting and legal purposes
- to improve our website and measure our advertising
3. Payments
Payments are processed by Paystack. Your card details are entered on Paystack's secure checkout and are never stored on our servers. We only receive a payment reference and the status of the transaction.

5. Cookies & Tracking

Order records are stored in a secured database with access restricted to authorised Coraveo Construction staff. Access to the admin dashboard requires an account and login, and administrative access is restricted by role.
7. Data Retention
We keep order records for as long as needed to fulfil the order, honour the warranty, and meet legal, tax and accounting obligations. Records that are no longer needed are deleted.
8. Your Rights
Under South Africa's Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) you may request access to the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not legally required to keep it. Contact us using the details below and we will respond within a reasonable period.
9. Children
This website is not intended for use by children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.
