6-Month Limited Warranty
Effective Date: August 2026
Every Gaming Desk from Coraveo Construction is covered by a 6-month limited warranty against manufacturing and workmanship defects, valid from the date of delivery.
1. What Is Covered
Within 6 months of delivery, this warranty covers:
- manufacturing defects in materials
- defects in workmanship
- structural failure of the frame under normal household use
- faulty hardware supplied with the desk
2. What Is Not Covered
- normal wear and tear
- misuse, abuse or accidental damage
- improper or incomplete assembly
- unauthorised modification, repair or refinishing
- damage from excessive weight beyond the recommended load
- damage from water, heat, direct sunlight or unsuitable storage
- natural variation in wood grain, colour and texture
3. How to Claim
Contact us within the warranty period and include:
- your Order Number
- clear photographs of the defect
- a short description of the issue and when it appeared
We will assess the claim and, where it is valid, repair the item, replace the affected part or replace the product. Where repair or replacement is not reasonably possible, a refund may be offered at our discretion.
4. Assessment & Transport
We may request that the product, or the affected part, be returned for inspection. Reasonable transport arrangements for valid warranty claims are handled by Coraveo Construction.
5. Transferability
This warranty applies to the original purchaser and to the original delivery address, and is not transferable through resale.
6. Consumer Rights
This warranty is in addition to, and does not limit, any rights you have under applicable South African consumer protection legislation.
