These Terms & Conditions govern your use of this website and any Gaming Desk order placed with Coraveo Construction. By placing an order you agree to these terms.
1. About Us
Coraveo Construction is a South African business specialising in cabinet making and custom furniture. This website markets and sells our handcrafted Gaming Desk only.
2. Orders
Submitting the order form is an offer to purchase. An order is confirmed once payment is successfully received and we have contacted you to confirm your details, delivery address and timeline. We may decline or cancel an order where a product is unavailable, where pricing or product information was published in error, or where we suspect fraud.
3. Pricing & Payment
Prices are shown in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable. Delivery is calculated from your delivery address and shown in full before you pay. Payments are processed securely by Paystack; we do not receive or store your full card details.
4. Product Information
Because each desk is handcrafted from natural timber, small variations in grain, colour, finish and measurement are normal and are not defects. Images are representative of the product.
5. Delivery
Delivery is governed by our Shipping & Delivery Policy. Risk in the product passes to you on delivery.
6. Cancellations, Returns & Warranty
Cancellations, returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. Defects are covered by our 6-Month Limited Warranty.
7. Customer Responsibilities
- provide accurate contact and delivery information
- assemble and use the product as instructed
- keep the product within its recommended load and normal household use
- report damage, incorrect items or defects within 48 hours of delivery
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, branding and design, belongs to Coraveo Construction and may not be copied or reused without written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Coraveo Construction is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website or the product. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable South African consumer protection legislation.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.
