Shipping & Delivery Policy

We deliver nationwide across South Africa. If you are unsure whether we reach your area, contact us before placing your order and we will confirm.

Delivery is calculated from your delivery address and shown on the order form before you pay, so there are no hidden charges on delivery. If we do not yet have a delivery rate for your area, we save your details and send you an exact quote before any payment is taken.

Orders are confirmed once payment is received. Because each desk is handcrafted, we begin preparation or production after confirmation. We will contact you shortly after your order to confirm details and arrange delivery.

Standard delivery is typically 7–10 business days from confirmed payment. Timeframes are estimates and may be affected by:

• courier delays or route schedules
• remote or outlying delivery areas
• public holidays and peak periods
• incorrect or incomplete delivery details
• circumstances beyond our reasonable control

Please make sure the delivery address and contact number supplied on the order form are correct. Re-delivery caused by an incorrect address or an unavailable recipient may attract an additional courier charge.

Someone aged 18 or older must be available to receive and sign for the delivery. Please inspect the packaging on arrival. If the item is visibly damaged, note it with the courier and contact us within 48 hours with photographs.

We keep you updated by phone, WhatsApp or email at the contact details supplied with your order, including when your desk is dispatched.

If a delivery cannot be completed after reasonable attempts, the item is returned to us and we will contact you to arrange a new delivery. Additional courier costs may apply.
